Baby2Body is for every woman with a baby on her mind, who is invested in her own health and wellness.

The Baby2Body experience actually starts with the trying to conceive phase with our Planning for Pregnancy weekly newsletter.

Our iOS app is where you’ll get the full Baby2Body product, complete with daily updates on your journey and baby’s development, healthy activity tracking, weekly workout programs, recipes, meditations and more.

At present our app covers the entirety of pregnancy and the first 3 years of motherhood.

Once you’re pregnant, you’ll be able to join the Baby2Body app with your due date and start receiving personalized content right away and straight through to the birth of your baby.

We won’t leave you after you’ve given birth, either! As soon as your baby is born you can switch to the postpartum side of the app to get personalized content for a full 3 years after your child is born.

That covers the critical first 1000 days of your child’s life - helping you know how to stay happy and healthy yourself while you are raising a happy, healthy child.

The Baby2Body iOS app is free to download on the App Store, and available worldwide.

We do not have an Android app at present - but it’s coming soon! For all Android users, you can always sign up to Baby2Body through our website.

The app is free to download and free to use! Here’s what you get as a free user:

  • A daily update on baby’s growth
  • Two personalized tips daily on your health, wellbeing, and lifestyle
  • Full access to our Tracking feature and Timeline
  • A daily, guided breathing exercise
  • A daily pelvic floor exercise
  • Access to all content on the Baby2Body Blog
  • At least one free article per week on a topic relevant to your stage
  • Your first workout free on the Fitness Studio

We offer a 7-day free trial of premium content on the Baby2Body app that unlocks all content and features on the app.

At the end of your trial period, you will be rolled over into your chosen Premium subscription and charged by Apple.

If you cancel before the trial period ends you will not be charged and your Premium access will end after your 7 days are up.

Tap on any content that says ‘Go Premium’ or go to More and select ‘Go Premium’.

You can choose to purchase a monthly subscription, a 3-month subscription, or make a one-time purchase for our premium package.

The 1-week trial is only offered with the subscription plans.

Premium app users will have access to:

  • The complete Fitness Studio with a customizable workout plan designed for your needs - offering daily workout options, which is updated with new workouts every week.
  • The complete Kitchen with over 300 recipes rich in the nutrients you need most throughout pregnancy and while breastfeeding, designed to give you an easy way to get all the essential nutrients you need at the exact stage you need them.
  • The complete Zen Den with weekly guided meditations, breathing exercises, and relaxation podcasts - with stage-specific wellbeing support
  • Plus access to the blog, your daily tips and everything you’d get as a free user!

All in-app subscriptions are managed by Apple as they are linked to your Apple ID.

You can manage your premium subscription through the Baby2Body app by going to More > Help & Support > Manage Subscription.

You can also do the following On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  • 1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
  • 2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  • 3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  • 4. Tap Subscriptions.
  • 5. Select the Baby2Body subscription, which should be under ‘Active'.
  • 6. Select Cancel Subscription.

If you’ve experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, or other significant complication, tap on More > Edit Profile > Report A Loss, and we’ll stop sending you emails and push notifications at this sensitive time.We’ll also remove any pregnancy-related content from your app and instead provide resources that may be useful to you at this time.

Baby2Body is compliant and up-to-date with GDPR, meaning you can easily manage your account and data.To delete your account go to More > Help & Support > Privacy > Delete Your Account and enter your password to confirm.
